We loved being welcomed by Pepe the host and his helpful information on Sant Cruz. Also lovely to receive a gift for the festival of the Three Kings. Communications were excellent and a very small issue was dealt with very promptly. This is a lovely bright spacious apartment in a very central location. Would highly recommend it.

The very smalll small bathroom and the 45 steps up to the second floor. Neither spoiled our time there but it is useful to be aware of the steps in case of mobility issues.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed and lovely pillows. Check-in and check-out can be contactless.

Check out time at 10:30 is a bit harsh.
