Cruz Verde - Centro Histórico - Vivienda Vacacional

The flat is in the center of the old city, 2 min walk to the pedestrian area. The best restaurant (it serves local dishes) is across the street. The flat is relatively large, everything worked as promised. Lots of glasses, utensils and so on. The owner responded to all emails in 5 min.

The flat is in the second floor. It is in an old building so in a new one it should be like the 4th floor. This was only an issue when we moved in and moved out. We are certainly not young and even we could do it!

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed that is extremely comfortable. The location is also a big advantage, situated in the city center, just a few minutes from Playa Espana and many restaurants, and about a dozen minutes from the bus station. Despite being central, the apartment is quiet when the windows are closed. The apartment is well-equipped – a big plus is the capsule coffee machine. Excellent communication with the host, who is friendly and approachable. He was flexible with check-in times, which is a great convenience.

What I don't understand: why so tiny bathroom in a such big apartment

This is a truly great place to stay at for a longer period, esp. when you need to combine your visit with work. A really spacious apartment in the historical centre and close to the seaside, but at the same time pretty quiet surroundings. The apartment is well equipped and the host is very accommodating to special requests and helpful.

Very good location near active Santa Cruz streets. Big bed, big tv, big room, big kitchen. Very nice host with good advices for activities and parking. Highly recommend.

Little bit of noice from trams.

This was the 3rd place I stayed in whilst in Santa Cruz, and it was by far the best. It’s is a very light and airy space, with a comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there is space at the table for at least 4 people. The location was superb, central, but just a little bit away from the noisy area, and the double glazing really helped during the many fiestas going on over the festive period. Pepe is a thoughtful and attentive landlord and made sure that the 3 kings came by and left us a present of cava, chocolate and nougat. Communication was fantastic as he speaks good English and he also responded to our request to let us in hours earlier than he needed. My visit to Santa Cruz was solely to help repatriate my father who was in the hospital there, and Pepe was kind enough to offer to visit him as I had to leave to get back to the UK. An all-round top bloke, with a comfortable, clean, spacious, centrally located apartment. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend it

The shower room was a little bit small, but I appreciated the space elsewhere
