Great luxury experience! The room and social areas fantastic. The swimming pool 24H, with spectacular views. The activities very good organized. Delicious food and the service the best. Spa great, relaxing and professional massage

All the staff were so friendly, and the food quality was excellent.

(1) The pool water appeared clean; however, the water circulation did not seem sufficient. My husband was a bit particular about this. (2) I was slightly surprised to be charged VND 200,000 for a broken water glass. I accidentally knocked it over at the breakfast buffet while trying to avoid a small child. The glasses were stacked under the counter rather than placed on top, which made them more likely to be disturbed.

We had an absolutely amazing experience on the Holland Bay cruise truly a highlight of our trip. Everything was exceptional, from the quality of the food to the room service. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, and the overall level of service was top-notch. The ship itself is very impressive beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly designed for a relaxing getaway. It really has everything you need for a perfect vacation. A special moment for us was celebrating my friend’s birthday on board. The team went above and beyond by organizing a cake and flowers, which made the day feel extra special and memorable. We would especially like to thank our waiter, Tu. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about our comfort. He made sure everything was perfect for us at all times, and his warm attitude really stood out. We only stayed for one night, but honestly, we wish we had booked for longer time. It’s one of those experiences you don’t want to end. Highly recommend!
