Clean, nice apartment

very bad ie - no communication with the owner. the moment he made sure i paid he cut off all contact. he did not respond to any calls or messages either via WhatsApp or booking. wi fi is not working. a/c is not working (and it's 40°C outside). the drain under the shower is blocked. the bed is very bad, the pillows too 3 floor without elevator...
