Luxury Fes Apartment - ALHAMBRA Suites

Beautiful new apartment. The kitchen needed more essentials for cooking. The property guardian was very friendly and helpful. Garage parking was great for the motorcycle.

The guard who provided us with the keys was very friendly and helpful. While there was a language barrier since he only spoke Arabic we quickly got along with each other. The apartment was very spacious and nice it had all the facilities we needed. When we noticed that no pots were available in the kitchen and informed the owner, they were immediately provided by the guard.

The apartment was effectively on a construction site, meaning the outside view was not necessarily great. The good thing though is that the construction works that were still ongoing were not loud, such that it also came with the benefit that it was even a more calm environment than you would have gotten somewhere else in the city. But for sure it came with the disadvantage that no shops were available within walking distance since we had a car available though this was not a major problem.

I liked the space, location and the comfort. Very kind man who welcomed us.

There are some small maintenance fixes that must be done - there are open sockets in the bathroom, next to the shower, it must be covered. The handle of one bathroom was broken, there weren't air conditions in 2 of the bedrooms, only in the living room and the main bedroom. Not any toaster, oven or coffee machine in the kitchen. No hairdryer or iron, even after I asked many times. But all these small touches are easy to fix, overall we are extremely happy with our stay and gladly will repeat again!

Bathrooms Stinky smell in the kitchen No toiletteries No hangers in the bathroom for towels/dress Tourist tax is collected for pax younger than 12 years. No restaurants or cafe in walkable distance and many construction going around which is noisy.
