The Bel Air Hotel

Very friendly staff, they really get to know you and are always extremely welcoming.

While the hotel is still relatively new and under construction, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the grounds were extremely clean and comfortable.

Small clean rooms. So new it's still under construction. Average service. In an out of the way location (not near restaurants) and not yet known to locals or cabbies.

Need to keep price affordable

The hotel and staff were great. It is under construction so there were some challenges but great overall

The hotel would be nice, but it was in construction by morning 900am the noise began, no elevator, it would be nice to let people know this hotel is in construction. The loft room should have a height limit for the upstairs of no taller than 5’2 cause you wil hit your head cause of your height . I guess due to the construction the outlets was not working. In the upstairs area. It’s a nice layout but due the noise and construction it would’ve been a better experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay and appreciated the comfortable accommodations. The staff's attentiveness and friendly service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's amenities were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. There was some construction going on at the time but it did not hamper any daily activities and the location was center to Georgetown.I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay.
