Luxury Duplex Valencia

The duplex is nice, own entrance, quite area, one bathroom and one extra toilet.

The stove was broken (cracked), and it wasn't possible to use the oven as well. There wasn't much shower accessories & kitchen necessities such as detergent/salt & pepper/paper towels etc. You have to buy everything you need to use by yourself. Not very convenient because you expect more from the description of the property.

Location, quick check-in /out process, responsiveness of the host. 2 bathrooms. Good WiFi

Poor kitchen equipment, bad quality pans. Would be nice to have some place for clothes and shoes near the entrance door

The apartment is nice

The kitchen was lacking in basic items such a salt or oil, considering that it’s an apartment complex that includes a kitchen it would seems like a generally positive thing to include those in the accommodation. additionally, there was some confusion regarding our keys and it seems another guest may have taken our keys from the lock box, this can of course happen but when we arrived at midnight, the person we spoke to on the phone seemed unsure about letting us go into the other apartment (this wasn’t ideal as we waiting outside for 30mins). The day after, we had to really push back when she asked us to move to another apartment (seemed more logical to let us stay in the apartment considering that they’re all the same), eventually after some back and forth she agreed.

Excellent location, close to the city of Arts & Sciences, but not so convenient to visit the center.

The apartment furnishings were very cheap, neither the couch nor the bed were comfortable or sturdy. Walls are paper thin, could hear guests in the apartments around us.
