The bed was squeaking

The location is excellent and close to the art and science museum, aquarium, hemisphere, Turia gardens and to the city center. There is a lot of cafes and restaurants around the area, grocery shops and possibities for public transportation. The host is friendly and helpful.

Great property in a good location for the old town, the old river bed parkland & the beach. We hired bikes which made those journeys easy

We had trouble contacting the host to gain access to the keybox for the keys to the property

The location is perfect, close to the park and the Centre of Arts and Sciences, also within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and old city centre. Very clean and super easy to check in

Gorgeous brand-new apartments with a great convenient location have everything you need.

Please fix minor inconveniences, namely: the TV remote control on the first floor turns on the TV on the second floor, the electric stove sometimes does not turn on, the doors in the shower cabin do not close tightly.

Brand-new and at ~100 eur/night very good value. One full bed on the upper floor with super comfortable mattress. Two bathrooms. I hope management keeps it in just as good a condition as it was now.

Dust in the floor

We gave some feedback to the owners about check out -which was a blurry step for us. Just in case we include it here as well: the apartment is deemed to be returned in (reasonably) clean condition, with trash cans vacated. The trash is expected to be disposed for in the public trash containers (which you can use even if you're not fixed resident in the area); and the keys can be left inside the apartment. Other than that, the apartment is well located, in a good area so you don't have to worry about safety! We found it spotless clean and easy to use.
