I'm very pleased to have found this apartment. It was very clean and very comfortable, and the owner provided a number of amenities that made my stay even nicer. Instructions for parking and entry were clear. Though it is small, it is thoughtfully laid and out pretty. Bed was very comfortable. I had a number of message exchanges with the owner and he answered promptly and addressed my questions well, and he checked in a couple of times to be sure everything was okay. I most likely would stay here again if I travel to Long Island.

This modern studio is so comfortable. Owner set up room to make you feel at home with snacks, coffee maker. I loved you were able to control a/c/heat in room.

1. It was so small and cozy and I can’t over emphasize how clean it was. 2. The property is in a clean, respectable neighborhood where one can feel safe during their duration. 3. The host was quite hospitable where s/he made sure our stay was worthwhile by providing certain amenities.
