Apartment in the Heart of Old Riga

Amazing apartment, super clean, comfortable and modern! The location is absolutely perfect and in my short stay in Riga I got to walk around old town a lot.

Great location, everything is easily accessible and very close to public transport stops. It was quiet during my stay, allowing for a peaceful rest. The room was beautiful, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable five-day stay

I would like to point out that the apartment is on the third floor and the stairs to access it are not very convenient. It might be difficult for guests with health or mobility issues.

Appartamento curato e pulito.

Rivedrei la doccia, l'assenza di una porta/tenda fa si che si allaghi tutto il bagno.

Modul execrabil al gazdei de a ne trata când i-am comunicat că nu putem intra în scară, trimisese codul, dar eronat modul de utilizare. Pe de-o parte ne-a spus că nu are ce să facă, la insistențe, a spus că v-a ajunge într-o oră, ca la final să ne amenințe că anulează rezervarea. Norocul nostru a fost un vecin care ne-a dat acces.

Die Lage ist zentral; gleichzeitig ist es ruhig (da das Appartement zum Hinterhof geht). Der Preis ist fair. Alles da, was man braucht (z.B. Staubsauger, Geschirr, Wäscheständer, Toilettenpapier, Zusatzdecken).

Die Kommunikation war schwierig. Auf eine schriftliche Anfrage über die booking-App wurde gar nicht geantwortet. Um ins Appartement zu kommen, braucht man 3 Schlüsselcodes. Die angegebene Adresse ist postalisch korrekt, doch der erste Türcode funktionierte dort nicht. Telefonisch habe ich die Gastgeberin nicht erreicht. Blöd, wenn man mit seinem Gepäck vor verschlossener Tür steht. Ich habe mehrere Passanten, darunter auch die Polizei gefragt, ob ich wirklich an der richtigen Adresse bin - ja, war ich. Wie sich später rausstellte, gibt es mehrere Eingänge. Der Eingang war dann von einer ganz anderen Straße! Warum wird das vorher nicht mitgeteilt? Dann: das Appartement hat zwei Schlösser. Eines ist so schwerfällig, dass ich es nicht aufgekriegt habe. Wieder die Gastgeberin angerufen... Für mich: es war das letzte mal, dass ich ein Appartement mit Schlüsselcodes gebucht habe. Das Appartement selbst ist okay; für meinen Geschmack etwas dunkel, da alle Fenster in den Hinterhof gehen. Selbst tagsüber musste ich immer Licht anschalten. Das Treppenhaus ist eine Katastrophe, stinkt nach Müll und Rauch, ist total kaputt. Das Appartement selbst ist in gutem Zustand.
