"Nice accomadtion in lovely area…"

The property was ideal for what we were doing… fishing the Dee and just needing a base. I would rebook and use again whether on a fishing trip or a visit to the area.

Such a comfortable place and very beautifully appointed with a very well equipped kitchen too. The living area was upstairs with a lovely view and it was huge - with a kitchen and dining area and the balcony outside overlooking the woodland on the edge of the golf course.....would loved to have been able to stay longer to explore, play golf and walk more. Very comfortable beds and everything was provided for - perfect for our requirements of 4/5 adults staying with one ensuite and a huge bath in the main bathroom - with a very powerful shower. Welcomed with biscuits and sweets thank you - but as we were at a wedding and out alot, we left these for the next occupants but still appreciated them being there. a lovely place - thank you!

Sad that the cafe on the golf course has had to close down! Nothing else to say...

Great location

There were a few areas in the villa that need refurbishment. Quite a bit of dust in the bedrooms Uncovered frozen chicken left in the freezer Hair in the bath drain Toilet dripped all.the time Bedding in rain room.had marks on it

Lovely location, quite rural and quiet. Accommodation was perfect for our family trip. Would have no hesitation in booking another holiday here. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Banchory is a lovely town and enjoyed seeing the salmon jumping at the Falls of Feugh.

Only one small negative comment - the shower in the main bathroom was over the bath, would have been helpful to have a handrail to assist those of us in our later years! However one of the bedrooms had a walk in shower.
