MUSA Lago di Como

The quality of the hotel building is lovely. Wonderful views from our room and the restaurant area. Our room was large, beautifully designed and very comfortable.

The service was very disappointing. Rooms are eur1,200 plus each day and so one reasonably expects excellent stands of service. This simply was not the case. The servers seemed untrained and procedures lacking. Too many times there were long waiting times to order drinks or food and then further delays in receiving drinks or food. Other guests commented the same. It caused a tension during our stay.

Loved the quintessential Lake Como experience having a huge terrace right on the water in a quiet quaint town close to all tourist towns and attractions.Hotel was modern and chic with all amenities and wonderful service! So many nice touches. Extra money for large terrace was well worth the money! Sunset boat tour was perfect. We stayed in Bellagio as well and extremely happy we stayed at this hotel. It made our trip! Breakfast was best we’ve ever had at a hotel. Staff was extremely helpful to organize outings and make suggestions. Both restaurants were delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel! Quick ferry ride to Bellagio and drive to Tremezzo and famous villas.

We really loved our stay at Musa Lago di Como. The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to take a swim and it’s only a short walk from some great restaurants and cafes. The bar and restaurant at the hotel are fantastic, we dined there frequently and had consistent great meals. The service is exceptional too, all staff are very helpful and responsive to requests, they all really helped make it a memorable stay. I would definitely like to return for a future stay.
