Nice decor, very clean and WiFi worked

In a very loud area, flat above can be heard, really hot even with the radiators turned off, missing kitchen items, no where nearby to park

Nice and warm. Convenient for town. Staff responsive to call.

Insufficient pillows and glasses. The door was open when we arrived with the key in the lock which given the area is not the greatest was worrying. The majority of glasses and crockery were in the dishwasher which had clearly just finished its cycle. There were a number of long black hairs in evidence on the floor.

Property is so crisp and clean Set up it very good

The apartment was really good.

The TV remote was not working. We didn't haf any wifi password. When we called the number the lady said she would send the wifi password via text but didn't. And later didn't picked up any calls as well.

Lovely, clean easy to get into. Great range of facilities and not far from city centre.

Metal stair to property a bit awkward and dangerous with young kids. No bath tub, tricky with kids. These things didn't spoil the experience.

The property is finished off to a high standard from the kitchen to the bedrooms, with every thing you could want for a short stay.The charging pad bedroom side drawers was a nice touch, saves plugging in over night to charge your phone. Would stay again.

One of the shower dials would not turn down to cold /warm which most probably needs addressing ,but for us we could use the other shower.Outside table needs a paint.The rubbish bags as we walked up look a bit unsightly,needs to be maybe in a bin shed .

Very spacious, beautiful interior design and very cleaned loved!
