It was clean.

Steep stairs. Mattress in top room desperately needs replacing

Great location. So well equipped and clean. Lovely personal touches to the decor and had everything we needed. Good to know for parents that there is a stair gate, travel cot and play mat there and a high chair too.

Parking for us wasn't an issue at all but I imagine it could be tricky to get close by in busier times. However no problem for us (Feb out of school holidays).

Wasn’t cleaned before we got there but it was quickly sorted out and the cleaning lady was lovely

Excellent location, near the Open Top Tour bus stop, museum, and play area. Letting agent was quick to respond to queries and issues.

Parking was tricky to negotiate, one of two keys wasn’t there, and downstairs loo was a little backed up. Would prefer a high bolt on the front door to ensure young children can’t open it.

Lovely place to stay. We'll decorated, very comfortable with all mod cons. Close to town centre and park.

Three is nothing to dislike about.

Location was reasonably central and close enough to the Pavillion, where we had come to perform. The house was clean and reasonably appointed, although the range seemed overkill at the expense of kitchen surface in the small kitchen.

It was cold the first night, until we realised that the radiators had been turned to frost protection ... That was quickly fixed though! Nothing was sufficiently bad that we wouldn't go there again.

The clean and comfortable accommodation. Superb decoration and location.

Parking wasn’t the best but didn’t stop us enjoying our stay
