Location. Comfortable beds.

No toilet holder in one unit for the first night. No instructions on how to use the heaters and TV. As a result we spent a cold first night. Insufficient bed covers( for warmth). Black mould in the bathroom, a health risk. Unsafe power extension cords, that had connections s that would not work. Some wall plugs that would not work. Windows that would not open in the bathrooms. Electric jug that leaked water when left with water in overnight. Couch far too low. Difficult to get out of.

Although spacious enough for a long stay, the room was not clean or very well stocked with the basic cooking utensils. The pillows are so thin I had to use three to be comfortable. Next to a main road and traffic was bothersome. Bonus - there was a sliding door to step outside and it was reasonably private. They wouldn't give a refund when we requested an early check out and neither offered a discount. Overall, the facility needs to be renovated.

Room was nice modern, shower was good and everything you needed kitchen ect.

The rooM was a bit smelly, the bed was hard and pillows flat (needed more pillows). Hand towel was missing and I could not find towels but the staff brought over some and showed me where the towels were which was good.

Good location. Comfy bed.

The coffee cups were dirty and stained . The shower was pretty much non existent. The water trickled out. Took forever to get shampoo out of hair.

Warm, clean, comfortable and the staff were quick to resolve any issue. Good value for money

My travel companion was dissatisfied with the internet TV and tight parking. The dining table was the wrong height for the chairs. I would have liked to see an information folder with motel routines (servicing and recycling etc) and nearby attractions, shops, eateries etc.
