"Exceptional"

I was looking for a reasonably priced motel near the CBD, and this one delivered. The room was just as advertised - comfortable bed, hot shower, and the heaters were already on when I arrived, which was perfect for a cold winter’s day.

good location with a decent living area

cooking faucitis were poor shower was poor and parking was very tight. Also was unable to understand staff

"Cleaners need a check list to go through for each room before it is let."

poorly maintained facility. Management had not followed up on previous complaints and fixed things.. Shower hose did not fit the wall fitting so sprayed everywhere when turned on. Lack of basic kitchen utensils. Dining chairs were both broken, one nearly collapsed under me.

"Convenient location."

Good location, quiet, large room, door opening onto garden.

The pillows were so skinny I needed 4 - luckily hubby wasn't with me or there would have been a fight or a late night trip to kmart.
