"Nice location by the beach but dissappointed by fridge situation. Buy A New Fridge for heaven’s sake"

Restaurant and breakfast was awesome. Didn’t know it would be a walk to get there. The bad news was the fridge did NOT WORK AT ALL. THEY REPLACED THE FRIDGE BIT THEN IT FROZE MY FRUIT. TURNED INTO A FREEZER. I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR A SMALL REFUND OR ADJUSTMENT FOR RUINING MU FOOD.

See above. Very unsatisfactory fridge situation. Don’t know that I’d stay there again for the proce.

Friendly staff, basic but clean rooms and excellent location directly on the beach.

The restaurant does a great breakfast which is not to be missed. This could have been better sold by the staff.

"Poor maintenance please fix your property"

I liked that the hotel was close to the beach, and that puerto morelos is small enough that you can walk everywhere

There was an incident with a family member cutting his foot with a broken sharp tile. Very bad maintenance to property, the shower head sounded like it was gona blow up everytime water was opened, toilet was clogged up. Its just bad maintenance. I like how the hotel was situated on the beach though
