SCAM HOTEL STAY FAR AWAY TOTAL DUMP PICTURES ARE A LIE SHAME ON BOOKING.COM FOR EVEN HAVING IT ON THEIR SITE !!!!

Beach is close, beautiful Sand abs you have everything close to the hotel

Pool was dirty, faucet almost falling, couch was ripped, curtains in bad shape and the most important one the bar at the front of the hotel is obstructing it all the beautiful view, the hotel is by the beach but you can’t see it from some of the rooms

I booked the room on the morning of my proposed stay as it seemed like my flight out of Cancun would be cancelled due to a snow storm back home. I chose the booking option that would give me 50% back if I didn't show or I cancelled. When in the afternoon it became clear that we would fly out anyway, I messaged the hotel to let them know. There was a glitch in the Booking app, so my actual cancellation didn't register, but I wasn't too worried as it was also clearly stated that I would get half my money back in case of a no show. The hotel refused to honor this and were very impolite in their communication. In the end I had to resolve this through my credit card company. Would not book there again.

Cleanliness is undeniable. Towels. Sheets. Beds. Floors. Hardest working people there is the cleaning team.

Grumpy beach guy. Didn't wanna give an umbrella claiming it's windy. But literally 4 locals showed up he gave them the umbrellas right away. Yes we all pay for this. There was no hot water. No pressure. No warmth whatsoever so ever. Mentioned twice. They said it was too cold ambient to keep the water warm. Which is bs. There is run down there is not maintained. Place can be old but at least kept up.

The location was amazing being right on the beach made it easy to enjoy the sun and reserve lounge chairs by bringing down your towel in the morning (included in your stay). If you needed an umbrella, they were available to rent for about $50 pesos. Swimming and snorkeling was awesome they kept the beach clear of seaweed. The staff were all friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. This hotel has two beach areas one just down the beach that has Hut rentals and more lounge chairs which you can reserve and the one right in front of the hotel. I have attached a photo of the beach area in front of the hotel which was the area we used.

This was our first time visiting Mexico, so we’re not sure if this experience is typical for hotels in the area. However, our stay was a little disappointing in several ways. The room did not match the photos online. Furniture was worn and chipped, towels were stained or frayed, and the shower cleanliness was undesirable, with hair and dirt in the corners. Several fixtures were rusty, loose, or broken. The refrigerator was very noisy, and we had to unplug it each night to sleep. The door appeared previously broken and patched with a board. We also had ants in the room, and the beds were worn down from constant sitting and use. A pump on the main level ran continuously, creating a loud buzzing that carried into the room. Water was turned off on our side of the complex during the day for several days, leaving us without a working toilet and requiring us to use the pool-area shower in front of other guests and the main lobby bathroom. Staff did eventually provide access to another room for shower use. At the beach, you will find some lounge chairs were broken and all cushions were ripped or torn and way past life span. Overall, despite the maintenance issues, we still enjoyed the beachfront location and the friendly staff.
