Wasn't very kicked with the maintenance of the rooms and the remote location of the place.

It's a beautiful old Portuguese Hotel with amazing interiors and decor. Staff is brilliant with their service and food. And 10 on 10 for location wanted a quiet place close to assagaon and airport .

I had a wonderful stay at this Indo-Portuguese style hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the entire property was kept clean and neat. It truly offers great value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and culturally rich experience.

Lovely, tiny boutique hotel near Manohar airport. In the middle of absolutely nowhere & slightly hard to find. Beautiful and I do mean beautiful rooms, nice garden & a small pool.

The restaurant was insanely expensive. Like crazy. And no alcohol, obvs fine but worth knowing.

The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood, it's for those who want peace and quiet yet 15 min drive to assagaon. Perfect location and true goan vibe ..

I liked the dinner, beautiful place, well maintained & ornate. Very comfortable, and lots of good books. Staff were helpful & interesting.

I came on an unfortunate night-- the manager was sick and the staff when I arrived didn't speak much English! I wasn't sure if I'd arrived at the correct place, but once that was established, it was a lovely place to stay.
