1) no availability of food , no near by restaurant , no Zomato . 2) in case of lunch dinner , pre order to be placed 4/5 hours back 3) no near by beaches or place to visit . 4) without own car , no way of commutation

Rooms have poor sound proofing - can hear everything in the neighboring rooms - not helpful when there is a family with a baby next door. Had to sleep with ear plugs and still could hear the crying.

The 24-hour butler service ensured every need was met promptly, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The pet-friendly environment made it even more special for us, as our furry friend was warmly welcomed. The culinary experience at Lamrin Ucassaim deserves special mention. The food was simply outstanding - a perfect blend of local flavors and international cuisine. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, leaving us wanting more.

To destress and enjoy the beauty of the villa with private pool staying there was like living in the past with all the modern comforts. I must say I made a great choice to stay in this Moira and specially in Lamrin Goa as they have all the modern amenities. Service was great and the room was splendid. Staff is friendly and adhere to small details. Highly recommended

Renovated old Portuguese home stay. Felt like you were staying in a house which was nice and different. The decoration was top notch and authentic.

Location is off the beaten track. You need a car or organised taxi. We organised taxis ahead of time which was easy enough once you got the numbers of a few drivers. You can’t really walk anywhere apart from a quaint church near the location.

A magnificent 18th-century property with timeless memories my family and I will always savour! Whether you are an avid traveller, a frequent adventurer, or someone looking for some well-deserved relaxation, Lamrin Ucassaim more than ticks all the boxes! We would like to dearly thank all the hotel staff for allowing our family trip to go as lovely as possible. Everyone went over and beyond to ensure we felt at ease throughout. We are especially thankful for the hospitality showed all throughout, be it through the lovely meals, the patience and understanding shown in assisting my children with stomach upsets, and helping us navigate through Goa! Perfect to visit in large groups!
