Pendle View Retreat - Holiday Park

Location was easy to find by road and not so far to walk to local shops, although a car would be better. The accommodation was comfortable (there were 3 in our group). The Holiday Park was well laid out and had good views of the local scenery.

There were no big problems and the host is contactable if something did need resolving. However it was just some small things that could have made things even better: set of coaster mats; a bread knife; a toast rack and the instructions for microwave operation

Location was ideal as near to family

The lodge is very high maintenance and very welcoming look get in your home

Nice and clean

The lodge was much bigger than expected and really well equipped and clean. It was in a lovely setting and staff and other guests were friendly.

We weren’t sure how to put up the sofa bed so ended up with a makeshift bed of cushions in the lounge.

Really comfortable and warm, nicely decorated and modern with good facilities. Set on a beautiful holiday park that we didn’t really get to explore on this occasion but would love to return!

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at Pendle View Retreat. The lodge was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed, and we loved the large rainfall shower. The outdoor seating area was lovely, with views overlooking the surrounding hills and the lake. The area is enclosed for anyone who takes their dog. The area has some lovely walks. Nearby Clitheroe is worth a visit. The holiday park is easy to find, just off the main road. Highly recommend. We would definitely like to return.
