Pendle View Retreat - Holiday Park

Perfect location

Beautiful location with service just across the roundabout.

Instructions for barrier at entrance was not clear.

We have come over this weekend for my sons wedding and stayed at chantilly lodge on Pendle view, the most beautiful lodge so clean and tidy located at a amazing breathtaking view the host has been amazing on the up run to our stay and so helpful.we will most definitely be back and can not thank you enough

Absolutely nothing

The location is very nice. The Lodge has everything you need and the interior is comfortable.

Unfortunately the property wasn't very clean. The sofa and bed were covered in dog hair (we don't own a dog), the dishwasher was still full from the previous guests, the kitchen hadn't been cleaned properly and everything was dusty. We addressed our issues with the owner and she offered us a 30% discount on our next stay. But she should've taken the cleaning fee off (60£). All doors were squeaky. One of the bedside lamps didn't work, the other one nearly fell off the wall. In one of the two showers the shower hose was split and there was water all over the place. On the last day, the front door was stuck and we couldn't open it. All in all it wasn't a pleasant stay for us. It would be a nice place to stay if they maintained it properly and checked on the cleaners regularly.

Very peaceful, nice staff at reception. Clean and immaculate inside

It was really hot weather so doors were expanding and sticking. No ones fault, was just worrying that i might damage them when trying to open.

The site and the lodge were lovely

Exceptionally clean and tidy not just the lodge but the complete park . Staff on hand anytime you need them . So quiet and comfortable, will 100% be staying again

Difficult to say. We were at a wedding so did only stay there in the evenings. There was very little else that you could include in the lodge
