Poor cleanliness. Bedsheets were damp and moist. Room was cold with zero degree temperature outside. No person available physically to orient. Cold property with no heating initially. Boiler was turned on for just 2 hours

Excellent host, very friendly and accommodating, waiting for me until 12:30am to help me check in as I was running late, Very clean residence and room, comfortable bed and hot water.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! ITS ABSOLUTELY VILE!!! IM A CONTRACTOR AND WORK ALL OVER THE COUNTRY, THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN. LOUD MUSIC AND SLAMMING DOORS ALL NIGHT, I HAD TO LEAVE AT 1AM TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE OWNER HE THREATENED ME WITH VIOLENCE! BOOKING.COM DIDNT WANT TO KNOW. IM TRAUMATISED. IF IT WASNT SO COLD I WOULD OF SLEPT IN THE VAN. NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE .. DO NOT STAY HERE. HORRENDOUS

10/10……I had a great 2-night stay at this apartment in London. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location felt very safe, with easy access to transport and shops. A special mention goes to Mr. Frank, one of the staff members. He was extremely helpful throughout my stay — very polite, attentive, and quick to assist with anything I needed. His support made the check-in smooth and the entire experience stress-free. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting London. Ifeanyi

At first, I was asked to wait outside till 3pm for the checking in while I arrived earlier but fortunately, Frank ushered me in to the apartment while he was till cleaning.

I arrived at the apartment at 18.10 pm,i spoke to the host a day before i travelled, and he reassured me that i won't have any problems accessing the building,that is care taker leaving there. There was no bell. I tried knocking on the door with no joy. I tried calling the host, again with no joy. I sent him a text message at 18.19pm but didn't respond until 19.28 pm. Fortunately, there were guests who were going out, They showed me the window to go and knock on. A guy opened the door, handed me the keys, and told me the room number. And he disappeared, no introduction to where the kitchen was as it was a shared kitchen, i was freezing, and after standing at the door waiting for minutes.I just wanted some hot coffee. I wasn't even shown or told where to leave the keys.

Easy to use on public transport

Too small not value for money and noise for someone who likes quite places
