Absolutely amazing location. We were literally living in a painting

Location, location, location! It was spacious, comfortable and overlooking a beautiful traffic free square where there was a lovely concert on Republic day. Only a few steps away from Piazza Erbe, which had a real vibe.

The only negative was rather dim lighting in the small kitchen.

Great location on a lively square. Easy to move around once out the front gate.

Too many steep steps. My bad for thinking I could handle it. 3 times in one day, 72 steps each way is not fun, and not for seniors. I’m heathy active 70 yr old and it was exhausting. Northern Italy has 2 prong power plugs, this area and south is 3 prong power plug. Why not provide one for the room, and charge if it becomes missing after stay? That would nice tourist service. They did not know that to purchase one from UniEuro 4 min walk. They only knew Tobacco shop, so obviously not out of country tourists. 13 Euro. Not well decorated, could make this easily stunning, not plastic dusty flowers. And let’s not forget 4 unlabeled keys to try and unlock the room. Guess which one, in 80 degree hallway?

Great view and location, comfortable bed, big room.

During check in you have to make selfie with your id (passport). It scares, because you have to trust that they will delete this photo and won’t use it for bad purposes.

Excellent location overlooking Dante's statue which enabled us to discover Verona on foot, spacious room with attached (former B&B area) salon room, good heating and large bathroom. Fantastic local restaurants especially Ostregheleria & Osteria La Fregola. Use the 21 bus to reach Montresor Winery for its tour, superb wine museum, guided by sommerlier Emmanuelle with tastings – we bought several. Use Get Your Guide to walk with Fabio on his hidden history of Verona 2 hour walking adventure!

Self check in is fine but the key boxes can be fiddly; there's a very small lift up to floor 3 where we were. Arriving on a late teatime flight, we took a taxi to reach the Square which is pedestrianised, taxi expensive.

Absolutely beautiful room, great view, I didnt know how to turn the heating system on and then they helped me immediately and it got quickly cosy and warm!
