Ottima centralissima struttura, stanze luminose e silenziose, grande hall dove rilassarsi o prendere un caffe', piccola cucina per la prima colazione. Facile accesso in modo intelligente e semplice. sono presenti le pantofole usa e getta da bagno: molto comode per chi viaggia.

Property is a great location, close to everything in Verona! Easy self check in, if you are looking for a central place I would recommend.

Nothing to dislike, there are no staff as it’s all done virtually, we didn’t mind that but don’t expect it.

Location was great and simple check-in and check-out. Spacious apartment.

The bed was bad/old and made sound when moving. The bed was hard. We also had only one single tiny blanket for two people. Should have an extra. It was noisy outside and from the neighbors, so we couldn’t sleep before very late.

Do not stay here. The aircon is inadequate. We know Verona was hot, but the staff turned off our aircon before we arrived. They later said that was an environmental decision. We believe it was economic. On first night it was literally impossible to sleep. When I contacted the owner, she told me off for using ‘the wrong channel for service’. Nonsense. Her email had said to contact by email or phone, I did not phone because it was 4:30am and I still could not sleep, far too hot! Yet her response was to tell me off for not ringing!! She sent a young Romanian girl round to look at the aircon. She cleaned the filter. But, the machine itself is old and weak, not good enough. Our friends in other accommodation had effective aircon . This property is too cheaply managed. Owner said no one else had complained. As if I was pretending!!! Shocking attitude to customers.

It’s in an excellent position for sightseeing and restaurants and a safe location. Because of the historical age of the property it was full character.

This is the first place that we have been for a couple of nights that we were instructed to dispose of any rubbish before checking out and this was not clear when booking.
