Ottima struttura facilmente raggingibile, in pieno centro storico; stanza silenziosa con tutti i confort. Sala molto ampia in comune con mini cucina per una prima colazione, ascoltare musica obereun te' o un caffe', nel massimo relax- Gradita la presenza delle ciabattine nel bagno, dove c'e' una comodissima doccia.

Posizione centralissima, il massimo possibile, di meglio non si può. Riscaldamento perfettamemente funzionante.

Pulizia ottima all'interno, bagno e camera ok, ma in alcuni punti migliorabile. Nel bagno gli sporti erano completamente sporchi (da tempo) di escrementi di piccione, tanto che non era possibile toccarli per chiuderli. Arredamento vecchio, letto altissimo tanto da essere scomodo, colazione elementare: caffè o the in una sala attigua.

The location was excellent, tucked behind the Piazza delle Erbe (which could be considered to be a two-edged sword as the piazza is lively and noisy!), the two rooms, bedroom and bathroom were huge (we didn't use the common room), and it was nice being left to our own devices - we didn't see another soul in the building - and what's not to like about staying in a historic palazzo? The pillows were the best ever hotel/guest house pillows we've ever come across!

There were just a couple of really minor things. The entry instructions worked perfectly until we put the key in the keyhole to open the front door then struggled to actually get the door to open. There was a knack to adjusting the key which took us some time to find and the lock was really stiff; the light above the TV didn't work (or perhaps we didn't know how to turn it on) and the bedside lamp on the left hand side of the bed didn't work because the plug didn't fit securely in the socket, so two lights down made it a bit dim. Perhaps the major complaint was that the wifi signal was really weak and suffered from disconnection problems - though that's an indication that as a species we've become over-reliant on technology.

E' una struttura molto facile da raggiungere, in pieno centro storico, ma in posizione che gode di grande privacy. Le stanze sono ben arredate e silenziose, bagno con tutti gli accessori e pure le pantofoline, molto comode. Vi e' una grande spaziosa hall in comune, dove per la presenza di una mini cucina, si puo' approntare una colazione o meglio, degustare un te' o un caffe' nella massima tranquillita'. Ci si torna sempre molto volentieri.
