CAabsolutely nothing, nightmare accommodation
everything. unreachable and uncooperative customer service. the customer service rep gave misleading answers and would hang up the phone on us. the hotel was infested with ants, there was mold in the shower, no ventilation, sewage smell and it was a basement apartment, there was no parking within a 10 mile radius.

ITL'appartamento è grande e spazioso (3 letti matrimoniali), dotato di ogni confort: lavastoviglie , lavatrice, asciugatrice, microonde, bollitore e anche la piastra e la presa x caricare il telefono in US! La posizione è perfetta: 5 minuti di autobus ( si prende proprio davanti a casa) e si raggiunge la metropolitana. Lo staff che se ne occupa è estremamente efficiente e ci ha fornito ogni informazione per il nostro soggiorno (di una settimana) ed è stato sempre disponibile (ad ogni ora e giorno della settimana)per ogni nostra necessità. Decisamente consigliato!

USThe apartment was cute and in a very convenient location
A few things to note: the bathroom had a noticeable sewage smell and quite a few drain flies. One of the bed legs came off during the night (we found a bolt nearby, so it may have just come loose). Also, the AC struggled to keep the bedrooms cool, especially at night. I also didn’t love that the property manager reached out to ask how everything was, and when I expressed the inconvenience, they said they’d reach back out to me the following day. That was 3 days ago.

USWe really like the location and how cozy the property was. It was able to accommodate all 6 of our family members. It was a great weekend stay for us visiting family and celebrating a wedding !
