The location was good in terms of proximity to the station and beaches. The facilities match the description and photos.
The noise from the trains was bad. The hairdryer is faulty. It would be helpful to have a lift for someone with a larger suitcase.

La posizione era fantastica, la struttura aveva l’essenziale per un soggiorno di pochi giorni.
La struttura era un po’ rumorosa, ma con dei tappi per le orecchie credo non ci si faccia molto caso, e per la posizione credo che si possa sopportare qualche rumore da parte dei treni. Si potrebbe migliorare lo spazio in bagno appendendo qualche appendiabiti.

Es war nah am Strand.. das Zimmer war sauber
Es liegt direkt neben den Bahngleisen. Man konnte nachts nicht gut schlafen weil da immer die Züge abgebremst haben

Very loud construction on the floor above me going on the whole time I was here; makes it hard to relax. The water didn’t get warm in the shower.

Easy 5 walk to this side of town and the beaches. Cute little balcony.
If your a light sleeper the trains will bother you! Washing machine is really old and very loud. We couldn’t get it working but they mentioned they were getting it fixed after I asked about it so that was a shame. No aircon. You have a fan in the room and by other bed in lounge but for 4 adults it’s tight. Better for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was muggy so i wouldn’t ever stay mid summer. Mid September was hot enough!!

"Extremely warm, NO air conditioning"

The apartment is super fresh and well furnished. The location is close to restaurants, shops and the beach.
The apartment has no air conditioning which was a nightmare in over 30 degrees Celsius heat. We were four people and had to share one fan. Trains go by on the railway right outside the apartment several times an hour which is super loud and wakes you up at night. The kitchen is supposed to be fully functioning but the stove had no gas in it and was useless. And the shower water was cold every day except the first one of our stay.
