Close to 02 academy and shops had all we needed

But noisey at night with other residents but not too bad on busy road also but ok

The property is very well set up and very clean. To have parking in Birmingham is a definite bonus

It was quite noisy - my flat was tight at the front of thr building so I heard every coming and going.

Great location. Plenty of space in apartment. 2 double beds 2 baths and a large living space. Cleaned very well. Hosts quick to respond to any questions.

No curtains in bedrooms - only white blinds with missing bits. Therefore it was not a good nights sleep. Tired - could do with a lick of paint - and curtains falling down in living area. Used by smokers.

The ability to park the car earlier in the day

The bedroom was next to the building entry door on the groundfloor. Also the gap under door of the apartment was way to large. The noise especially coming from the banging of the building door was ridiculously loud. Also the picture would suggest the apartment was on a higher level and not at street level.

the property was very spacious and was decorated really nicely. the bathrooms were nice and clean with essentials provided such as soaps etc. staff were also very helpful when we had enquires!

the only issue was that some of the cutlery and glasses were dirty!

Unfortunately, the state of the decor was bad - scratches, stains, marks and even a hole in the wall. It needed a paint and some attention. The place smelt fusty and smoky (old) and the carpets were stained and needed a good clean. There were only office style blinds in the bedroom, which gave no protection against light, and the curtains in the living room were hanging off their rail. It was also noisy (situated on main road) as the sliding doors in the main areas didn't close properly. All in all, I would not want to have stayed another night as I didn't feel comfortable. I would say, its description on booking.com does not read accurately.

die Betten waren sehr unbequem. für eine Nacht gerade so auszuhalten, aber länger wäre eine Qual gewesen. in der Küche hätte etwas mehr Besteck vorhanden sein können.
