City Centre Apartments, Free Parking - Quality City

The host was very responsive and always quick to reply, which made everything much easier. The flat was very well organised, clean, and comfortable.

The neighbours were quite noisy at times

Being locked out of the apartment at 2am due to faulty lock and owner had no spare keys

The location and the quick support from the owner was spot on

Mattress could do with an upgrade

Overall stay- the structure of the apartment, the easy access to enter the property with the instructions. The cleanliness was exceptional. It was such a peaceful beautiful stay. Very modern and well kept. The layout of the dining table, Access to streaming on the television, free WiFi and parking. The complementary towels and tea and milk.

There is nothing I can complain about, I enjoyed my stay so much. I will definitely be back.

It was cold and draughty

Location was central and there was free parking in the Center of Birmingham which was a plus.

As you walked in there was a strong smell of tobacco. Smokers had obviously used this flat in the past and that smell was still lingering. The sofa was uncomfortable to sit on, could do with updating this piece of furniture.
