Breakfast was good. The accommodation was very quite/neat/and clean. The staffs are very good. The staffs are very polite attend to our request immediately. The hospitality was very good.

for DINNER there is no other option than the restuarant in the hotel. At least the accommodation should consider the qualtiy and the price

Entire resort is well developed

They should have more options to there current menu. We stayed for a nights but had same morning breakfast menu

"Kerala at its finest"

What is not to like about this place? From start to finish I felt taken care of. The staff are excellent, Keralan hospitality at its finest. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The infinity pool in the green setting was just splendid. I had several massages during my stay and it added a whole layer of relaxation to my stay.

If I really have to find something to say that can be improved: Personally, I would have preferred more comfortable furniture on the balcony and at the pool. Now it’s traditional wooden furniture, which is beautiful but not comfortable for longer periods of lounging.

"Bad experience - Theft of personal belonging"

Location and hospitality was overall ok.

House Keeping staff stolen our Milton Water bottle during room cleaning. And there is no response from the resort till date after reporting for the incident. Although its not a costly item however was a sovenier received from a prestige organization which meant a lot to us.
