Location, staff and hospitality

It’s not about not liking, wish there was 24 hour hot water facilities. I was told the work was being done. So that would be a good step up. That’s all

Restful, good beds and rooms. The walk in the morning in the forest was a real highlight. Good buffets to meals with good variety

If you're looking for a relaxed experience amidst nature, Crystal Kuruva is the place to be. Surrounded by lush forests and paddy fields and beautifully landscaped inside the resort is a sight for the sore eyes. The rooms are spacious with great amenities and the staff is super friendly. There's a games room to keep kids busy and a few onsite activities like cycling if you're visiting with family. Overall a great family friendly resort.

Staff was very friendly and helpful but service was a tad slow at times. We had to make multiple calls for housekeeping and room service

The staff, they are operating as a dream team The location, nature for real Cottages, comfy and well proportioned Spa, highly recommend it

Loved my stay at this resort — peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and very relaxing. The facilities were great, and everything was clean and well maintained, including the room. A perfect place to unwind. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay — highly recommended.

Food was average.
