Delicious Katsu Chicken! Room was cozy, and just what we needed for the night before heading to Heathrow the next morning. Perfect location, and always friendly staff.

Nothing, everything was great. Room was perfect, not too big, and only up one flight of stair directly out to the car park. We just wish we would have had time for breakfast!

Our rooms were good and the en suite likewise. In room 10, we had a bath, very good indeed. Too many en suites don't, and you don't know that until you access the room. Some of us really like a bath. So, that's a LIKE, but let us know in advance, that would be something to improve on. Access. I'm 76, with a hip problem. I could manage the steep stairs to our loft room, (Room 10) but I can think of many people who would not have made it up there. Ditto for the en suite in Room 7, it was up very steep stairs .Accessibility notice required. If it was already flagged up, then flag it up better. Not obvious, Thank you

Stayed here with 15 others as a pre-wedding stay and night of stay too. Staff were excellent, from ease of check-in and helping to allocate the rooms so certain rooms were next to others through to check-out nothing was too much trouble. Had a big meal for 17 of us the night before the wedding which was lovely, everyone enjoyed the food and meals all came out together which is always good, but not always common, with big groups bookings. Our group ranged from the older generation through to toddlers and all were happy and comfortable. Would high recommend this place for any kind of stay and for any group!
