very comfortable beds, wonderful host and location

The room was spacious and very nicely decorated, which is why I had picked it. I was even upgraded to another room cause I needed a fridge. It was the cleanest room so far in Vietnam! The balcony and the fact that I had it all to myself. It had the sun on the balcony from very early, thats really nice. Owner arranged a bike at a good price.

Unfortunately it was really noisy. 2 construction sites close ( wasnt too bad though). the gym next door put out full blast bass music everyday from 17 to 22 pm (and sometimes in the morning too) which the thin windows could not block out. And at night the neighbors dogs which were out in the alley right in front kept waking me up. Bring earplugs or other noise protection! Of course that is not the hotels fault. The bathroom had a bit of a smell, but only sometimes.

Very responsive host! He does everything to make you stay easier: scooter rental, boat trip in Lan Ha Bay, bus booking.... Very good beds .

Tout. En particulier la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Hieu qui nous a bien aidé pendant notre séjour.

La habitación mas grande que hemos tenido en Vietnam! Con todo lo necesario y una cama enorme! Tenia aire acondicionado y un balconcito comprtido ideal para estar fuera por la noche. El anfitrión habla un inglés perfecto y nos ayudo muchisimo a organizar nuestros dias en Cat Ba, fue muy amable! Sin duda repetiriamos.

The house is a small, quaint little place, just right for everything you need. It’s in a quiet, clean neighbourhood, well connected to the rest of the city. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Easy access to local transport. Great banh mi spots nearby, along with street food, cafes - everything you could want. Go for a walk or a run and you’ll stumble upon some amazing scenery. Ask Hieu for recommendations and he’ll sort your life out. We had one of the best times in Cát Bà and all because of Hieu! Trust in Hieu!

Not much to dislike. But some thoughts: the bathroom door in the first room could use a handle on the inside, and the shower could be fixed. If I have to be picky, the short walk up from the road can feel a bit tiring when you’re already exhausted. The roofing makes some noise in the wind. But none of these are deal breakers.

Không gian ấm cúng, cảm giác như về nhà. Phòng được chăm chút rất kỹ từ các vật dụng cần thiết đến đồ trang trí. Host tận tâm, nhiệt tình. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại cho kỳ nghỉ sau.
