Super nice host, large room, very comfy bed

A bit far from the main busy streets due to road closure. A small fridge would be a great addition

The room is spacious with a large, comfortable bed and seating area inside and outside, which was nice). Situated in a local residential area, it is away from the noise of the center but a walk away from all the restaurants, shops and Ben Beo port. The owner lives right next door and is always available if there are any questions either in person or via WhatsApp. He arranged a motorbike for us and also can arrange tours. He speaks perfect English. We had a comfortable stay.

The curtains do not block out the street lights at night but we didn't have any problem sleeping.

The location and decor are excellent.

The bed is very comfortable and room is large. It is away from the busier part of town but not hard to walk there. The optional breakfast was nice. They also helped with laundry and a scooter rental.

The bathroom had some odor from the drain, but I kept the bathroom door closed so this didn't bother me.

Tiny House offers a memorable experience in terms of food and location. The menu is quite extensive, but ensures freshness and I was not disappointed. The staff is also attentive and accommodating, always ready to meet the customers' needs. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is very convenient. Situated in the center. This allows travelers to save time on transportation and easily explore interesting destinations in the Cat Ba area.
