Foxes Sea Side Retreat Deluxe Chalet is a lovely holiday home tucked away on the Kent Coast

Liked the setting , near to all facilities. Comfortable, very warm. Clean, Nothing not too like.

N|A - shower in bathroom not very powerful but was suffice

The location was perfect, so close to the beach and fabulous views and sunrises. The park was spacious and quiet, well looked after and the pool was lovely. The chalet was clean and comfortable with good outdoor space, the toys made the holiday for our boys who can't wait for another holiday in the triangle house!

The steep stairs and low ceiling height were a bit awkward and it was a shame the park didn't have a bar or restaurant open.

The 'Foxes Sea side retreat deluxe chalet' was just perfect for us! Myself, My mum and my two little boys loved our stay, Especially with it being a family chalet and having toys there, they kept my two little ones happy whilst it rained.. We stayed here in 'Out of season' so there wasn't any entertainment for the kids. But luckily the swimming pool was open and the park is on site and we had a game of 'Mini golf' Which the owners had the balls and golf clubs in the chalet so that helped. The beds were so comfortable (My eldest said 'it was like sleeping on a cloud') haha. The owners of the chalet even let us turn up earlier then our time just so we could enjoy our stay longer and beat the downpour of rain. We would definitely stay again and definitely recommend this chalet to families.

Waking up in the morning and forgetting how low the celling is and hitting you're head.. haha.

A lovely place to spend a relaxing holiday near the beach. Facilities were fantastic on site and we would definitely stay here again.

Home from home with lots of nice added touches.. catered for kids lots of toys, xbox and Netflix, etc, well equipped kitchen and great location and amenities. Lovely pool on site and stones throw from beach. Other things like tennis and crazy golf but we never used. Shop and bar reasonably priced.

All in all no real issues. Due to warm weather bedrooms was hot and stuffy. Thankfully they provided fans otherwise would have been unbearable especially moreso if mid to late 20 degrees.

The chalet was decorated very nicely, it has plenty of pots and pans, cups and utensils, children's toys, xbox etc, which was great for keeping the kids entertained. The bedding was very clean and the beds comfortable, although the top two bedrooms got immensely hot from the sun and the windows had locks on so you could only open them a small amount to let the air in. They did provide fans but all it did was blow incredibly hot air around the rooms. It was almost unbearable to sleep in and not great for children in that heat at all. The chalet could have been cleaned to a higher standard, the back patio was covered in leaves and the table was very dirty and the skirtings and under the sofa was not clean, with the previous users crisps etc still left there. The bathrooms were in very good condition and clean. Not many facilities in the park. Tennis, crazy golf and an indoor swimming pool and kids park, but the reception closed at 5pm so couldn't hire anything after that. The park had a clubhouse and bar but it wasn't open the whole time we were there which was frustrating.

The holiday park itself is lovely , cosy, I really like the atmosphere and everything was nicely looked after. Our chalet was very spacious, clean, well equipped, the overall was fantastic and loved every bit. You have a BBQ option at the back patio, we didn't use it however it's a lovely extra touch for the stay.

It's my personal preference to not have a spring bed and they had spring bed, so the first night or so I struggled to be comfortable, however I'm a larger woman with my preferred bed mattress, so it's still not a dislike it's more like a preference 😜
