Modern Studio Near NEC with Free Parking - Prime Location

Not enough cutlery for 2 people Chair was broken Very noisy Cold in morning & no heating- radiator not working in morning

The kitchenette was a nice bonus with good facilities. Comfortable and clean Large fridge Full size cooker Washing machine which I didn't need but could have been handy. Large TV Clean bedding and towels Friendly staff member in shop next door did help with the parking issue but a long term solution needs to be found.

No hooks or wardrobe to hang clothes, towels, coats etc anywhere. TV was slow to respond and limited in live channels Parking was a pain due to safestore unit and moped parked outside apartment and blocking dropped curb. Needed to drive the car up a deep curb which my car did not like. Road was noisy - but ok overnight and ear plugs a must. Felt a bit vulnerable as a lone female as front door had no internal chain. Apartment was clean but utensils needed a decent clean before using. I had to buy a washup sponge as the one there was filthy. No tea towel in kitchen Cutlery limited which may be an issue for 2 people staying. Shower gel but no shampoo Tiny bathroom. No privacy curtains or opaque glass to window so had to keep curtains closed at all times as people were often right outside the window - especially when accessing the safestore boxes. Bed Ok but would benefit from a better quality mattress. Accommodation more suitable for males than females in my opinion. No control of heating so was cold at times.

Room was adequate size and very clean and warm. Host excellent to lend a hairdryer!

Parking was ok but neighbour with moped parked very close to car Drop box deliveries at 4:30am are noisy outside Kitchen needs a few more items - only one fork. Needs a Pyrex bowl / jug for use in microwave. Scourer in sink was old and tatty
