Modern Studio Near NEC with Free Parking - Prime Location

The bed mattress was fairly comfortable

We were double booked. We were directed to the incorrect property & only notified after we had arrived. The one we were allocated was nothing like the images & an extra £10 in Uber from the property we booked. bathroom wasn’t very clean. It was freezing & the electric heater didn’t work. Shower water either freezing or boiling, no consistent nice temperature

Parking was just next to the studio , very convinient and a shop just next to it where you could get all your supplies,literally you just have to get out from one door to another.apartment was very clean with kitchen facilities.p.s the bed was comfortable to sleep i dont know why some people are moaning about it here

We refused to stay here, but no refund or apology

Pictures misleading, very small space. Bathroom not much more than a cupboard, kitchen small no wardrobe and no comfy chairs. Very basic. Next door to a convenience store, a motorbike in front and a busy road

Easy to get there and check inside collecting keys

I did like the bed it was too low and mattress was to hard and springs were not comfortable
