Great location and comfortable.

It was all good but no lighter for the stove. We don't smoke.

The location is absolutely amazing, situated right next to the Cathedral and the Alcázar, with everything just steps away. Despite being so central, the apartment is quiet—the bedrooms face the garden, so they are quiet at night. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook anything you like. The interior has a charming, old-fashioned style that adds character to the space. The apartment is 4th floor with an elevator. No parking available on the street. But there's a paid parking nearby for $20/ day. The tram is exactly under the apartment. They also had a washing machine which was a plus. Hot water, central heat and good water pressure in the showers.

The kitchen is really well equipped and better than most places I've rented before, but it is old and outdated, pots and pans are heavily used, and low-quality that make cooking difficult, as food sticks and burns easily. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, so it is an attic with low ceilings. While the windows offer nice views, they are small and feel like they're outside the apartment. One of the bedrooms with twin beds faces the interior of the building, lacking both a view and natural light.

Nice, clean, close to the main attractions. Nice, cozy apartment. I would stay there again.

Water pressure and mix of hot cold water could be better. Toilet seat in one of the bathrooms needs replacing. Toaster does not work as one of the elements is worn out.

Excellent location, right next to the Alcazar garden walls, a stones throw from the cathedral, Plaza Espana, Royal tobacco factory, Archives of India, main pedestrian area. Quite spacious.

Unfortunately the rear bedrooms were quite noisy due to some kind of birds from the Alcazar gerden starting screaming from 05:00 AM. Some acoustic insulation is needed on the windows facing the gardens.

Location was excellent for a wedding in the Hotel Alfonso. Size of apartment was great.

Needed more toilet paper provided, a plug for the bath. Wanted more firm pillows and bigger. Would have appreciated a welcome pack of essentials ( tea,coffee,milk, water).
