"Great base for seeing the city"

City centre location close to tram, bus shops etc. Quiet apartment on the top floor, with a lift, a good size apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 of them overlooking the gardens at The Alacazar.

The place is very functional but the kitchen and bathrooms need modernising, old shower heads that lack power, gas cooker that requires matches for ignition, old water boiler. Also, no toilet brushes.
