Breakfast was what every we provided.

The walk was covered in grass that I had to sweep to get the slippery grass covering the walk after someone mowed.

Nice, clean, well appointed. Great value

The grass was tall but it's early in the season so might not have had to mow yet.

Peaceful and relaxing

Nicely equipped. One of the very few places to stay in or near Rowlesburg.

Hard to find. House entry is on a different street from the actual address. No shopping — not even a convenience store that’s open late — within half an hour.

I liked the quietness

The dirtiness, the metal pieace that was flying off the roof n almost taking out my child

Attention to detail by owner of providing toiletries, laundry soap, paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. Large dining table that seats 8 comfortably. Washer/dryer available with laundry supplies provided. Warm & cozy despite subzero temperatures outside. Close to Cheat River

Parking was challenging but only because of the excessive snowfall recently in the area obstructing the normal parking spots
