"Awful parking was a nightmare and the unit not as advertised it was damp and not equipped"

Parking was challenging if we got any due to workmen ect you advertised parking! 2 you advertise a washing machine but no dryer most washing machines have a built in dryer 3 The place was damp when we got there hence the humidifier was on but was full of water 4 The shower would not drain - it is blocked! 5 carpet stained in lounge room 6 no where to hang clothes in bedroom ie rack with coat hangers 7 Had to climb up on a landing to close the blinds in the bedroom The lounge is the worse we have ever sat in

"Perfect for a short stay near to town providing space and all necessary facilities."

All rooms were spacious, and had everything we needed. Good location, close to the centre. Able to find on street parking nearby fairly easily. Good value for money.

A basement flat so a little dark with only 2 windows, but the practicalities of this flat outweighed any negatives.

"Disappointing ..."

Proximity to city centre

No heating or hot water when we arrived. A neighbour (father of the owner) helped, thank heavens. No coffee table in living room is a glaring omission. Amenities - shampoo and conditioner- were not provided.disappointing Carparking in the area is very problematic. The inability to be able to contact the owner. All exchanges were via text and the attitude was poor.

"3-night family stay"

+ location is close to train station and downtown area. + washing machine was great. + modern and remodeled bathroom. + dehumidifier was useful and a must.

- ants were spotted in kitchen and bedroom. - slow draining shower. - sofa bed was not set up upon arrival even though reservation was for 4 people and we had to ask for blanket/bedsheet for the sofa bed. Turned out it was underneath the sofa but this was not mentioned to us originally. - there were guests/tenants above this unit that were somewhat noisy.
