Modern 1 bedroom apartment close to Penzance town centre.

Quiet and Convenient location. Close to supermarket and town centre.

Great location with parking right outside. Plenty of room and having a washing machine was a bonus. Our host was very timely with communication and we highly recommend this comfortable property.

entrance via a dark alley with steps was a bit awkward at night kitchen was not very clean (oven and door handles) and only had the basics no parking spaces near the property had to park several hundred metres away

The apartment is clean and nice; and has everything you need.. however there is no window in the main (living room) part, so you can only open the door.. which is impossible when it rains (which it did when we were there).

Next time I would chose Marazion city over Penzance.. as there is practically nothing, when you want to go out in the evening. But, if you aim for Penzance, this apartment is a good choice.
