The beds were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice views of Hollywood park.

Nothing at all but the main door was a bit fiddly and the 3 flights of stairs was a mission after the 5th time in the same day! 🥴

Very good location. Bus stop in front of the door or half hour walking to city centre. 5 min to Holyrood Park. Shopping close by. Marvelous view. Host help with finding a free parking space . Use Sainsbury's parking lot for arrival and departure.

Door lock is a bit tricky. No BBC available.

We loved this property and felt like Edinburgh locals during our stay. The view of Holyrood Park/Aurthur's Seat was fantastic and it was easy to get around by foot and by bus to many of the major tourist destinations.

Frustrating Keys - Struggled most days for at least 3-5 minutes before managing to unlock the building entrance door No Lifts - I think it should be mentioned upfront, especially since the flat is on the 3rd floor. Extremely poor quality mattress. And Bed Linen Booking App messages are late / not responded to. Better to contact on phone number

Clean and wonderful view

The beds themselves were not bad, but the mattresses were really quite disastrous. Old, stained, of exceptionally poor quality and so worn that they sloped quite considerably, probably as a result of broken springs on one side. We all woke up with aches and pains every morning and couldn't wait to get back to a reasonably acceptable mattress and finally a good night's sleep!

The convenience , Sainsbury’s was walking distance. The city center was not far from the apartment. The kitchen was well furnished. Hosts were very prompt , the apartment was clean . The view was nice!

The stairs, it was three floors high no elevator, if you have suitcase’s it might be a challenge, we were traveling light so we were ok to lug it up
