We left something behind amd Seema went out of her way to send it back, really appreciated:) The accommodation is very clean and home like, we had a wonderful stay. I had an incredible stay at this gorgeous place. The house looks even more stunning in person than in the pictures, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The host was an absolute delight, even better than the reviews suggested. They made me feel like part of the family from the moment I arrived. The jacuzzi experience was top-notch, with clear instructions provided, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing soak. The location couldn't be more convenient—just a short walk to the train station and the city center. The host's warm and kind-hearted nature made my stay unforgettable. Gorgeous place to stay. Perfect location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seema's incredible place that exceeded all my expectations. Nestled in a picturesque neighborhood, this charming property combined comfort, style, and a touch of local flair. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm hospitality. The host provided a detailed welcome guide, highlighting nearby attractions, restaurants, and hidden gems. The space itself was beautifully decorated, featuring cozy furnishings and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to whip up breakfast with ease. I particularly loved the spacious living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The serene outdoor space with jacuzzi was a bonus, offering a tranquil spot to unwind after a long day. Location was another highlight. With local shops and cafes just a short walk away, I felt immersed in the community of Southampton. Plus, major attractions were easily accessible, making it convenient to explore. Overall, this stay was nothing short of exceptional. The host, was uncomfortable chatty, also made so many rule based on her previous experience which wasn't need, we were charged £20 extra to use the hot-tub, when it should be included with the rental. once we left she decided, without notice to claim damages which were not ours, the host try to claim £860 for damages to the hot tub which was cancelled by booking.com and now she is trying to charge £120 for damages to be bed sheet. this type of host should not be allowed to market their property. the host has turn this Romantic get away from the city a living nightmare and stress. the worst is that we are not even sure what damages were made by us, as we have not received any evidence from her and she has blocked my number. Furthermore, the property does not have a TV which you end up sitting staring at the ceiling. to be the first time visiting Southampton the host made this experience unforgettably uncomfortable. I do not wish for other visitor to suffer this ridiculous host claim and pay for damages which do not exist. Prevent from staying here!!!
