Please shower before using jacuzzi and use up-to an hour only at one time. - Jacuzzi and Garden can not be used in the quite time from 10 PM till 8AM. - Landlord has bar, bottles displayed in wall units - These are not for guests to use but guests can bring their own drinks. - Wash dishes after use and maintain general cleanliness in the house. - No visitors and no party - Property is not suitable for infants or children and does not have any facilities to accommodate infants and children. Accompanying children are sole responsibility of the guest not to left without adult supervision. - Cleaning/ linen change during he stay is provided with extra charged - Owners are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the guests. - Please return the bedroom key and key for main door as you leave; the cost of replacement keys will be charged. - Upon booking confirmation, all guests are required to submit their identification document to the property before check-in. - A surcharge per hour is applied for earlier than check-in time or later than check-out time. All requests for early arrival or late check out are subject to confirmation by the property. - Passport of ID is requested to be shared upon Booking. - If the booking is for two Guest and wish to use the sofa bed along with the double bed, then they need to modify the booking for 3 Guest - If the booking is for three Guest a sofa bed price was already included in the reservation price. Please note that the Sofa bed it is only for 1 person. - For security reasons, there is a camera on the door ring bell facing the car parking, there is also a camera in the back of the property facing the hot tub. - Please note that the hot tub/jacuzzi can be used up to 10PM. - Streaming is available from your own account (Like: Netflix, etc.) and on your own device (Laptop, or Phone). - No smoking or drinking while using the hot tub. - Before using the hot tub please ask the owner about the operations and settings of hot tub. - Please use sleepers while walking from the room to the hot tub to avoid the debris and the sand going into the hot tub. - Please note that swimming customs are mandatory for all guests while using Jacuzzi area. - Failure to adhere to house rules will result in owner's intervention and cancellation of reservation.
