MOYSEION Matera - Real-life experience in the distant past

A very unique place, probably unlike any hotel you've visited before. The performances are fun and not at all kitschy, and the staff clearly take great pride in their work. Our ("neolithic") room was comfortable and spacious, despite its attempts to mimic cave living. The breakfast is fresh and delicious and the pool is truly special. Don't hesitate, this place is great!

Este não é apenas mais um hotel — é o hotel a não perder em Matera. Aqui, mergulhamos no tempo e deixamo-nos embalar pelo murmúrio das pedras antigas. Respira-se a história em cada canto: nos talheres que contam memórias, nos pratos de barro moldados pelo tempo, na cama de madeira maciça que guarda sonhos antigos, nos lençóis e nas toalhas que parecem abraçar-nos com ternura. Os empregados são de uma simpatia rara — atentos, gentis, e tão imersos na alma do lugar que parece que nasceram dentro desta época. Tudo aqui é vivido com alma, tudo aqui é inspiração.

Adorei tudo, cada detalhe.

Suggerirei l’installazione di una lampadina vicino il letto per la lettura, un armadio e magari qualche sedia/piccolo divano nella camera

לא נוח. החל מעיניין החנייה והשטלים,דרך מיטה לא נוחה וארוחת בוקר שמנסה לדמות עבר,אבל פשוט לא טעימה.

Fantastic and very unique hotel. Right in the heart and yet very peaceful. The room was quite big and had all the amenities. The unique old-style swimming pool is the best we have seen in a hotel. Breakfast was great, unique, and filling. All the complimentary experiences were designed with a lot of thought and detail.

Everything was perfect.
