MOYSEION è un luogo unico, andato ben oltre le mie aspettative. Il personale è una vera famiglia – amichevole, coinvolgente e professionale – che ti accoglie nella loro casa. Bellissimi ed emozionanti i riti eseguiti dal personale, artisti a tutti gli effetti (in senso musicale, attoriale e performativo in generale), a cominciare dall'arrivo e proseguendo nei più momenti della giornata. Splendida piscina e vasche idromassaggio sotterranee, dove il tempo sembra fermarsi e da cui non vorresti mai uscire. Ottima colazione (dolce e salata), in cui lo staff è riusciuto a coniugare il gusto moderno ai piatti tipici greci dei tempi passati. Costante cura degli ospiti, che non sono considerati semplici clienti ma abitanti del MOYSEION e parte della famiglia. Sono appena rientrato a casa, ma non vedo l'ora di poterci tornare anche solo per una notte. MOYSEION è un'esperienza da non perdere!

I particolari di una struttura recentemente restaurata, con l’obiettivo di farti vivere i momenti del 1000 aC. con vestiti, profumi e suoni….

Forse potrebbero spingersi di più con questo tipo di rituali, con più spiegazioni. Manca la cena e forse la SPA potrebbe essere valorizzata di più, magari con proposte di massaggi.

Une expérience exceptionnelle vraiment à faire

Une Ambiance théâtrale avec une décoration et une mise en scène antique. C’est plus qu’un hôtel, un voyage dans le passé qui s’accorde avec l’histoire de Matera, une des plus vieilles villes au monde. Séjour de deux nuits formidable. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable !

Un petit coin de terrasse extérieure aurait été un plus.

Incredible stay - perfect balance between a luxury stay in the heart of one of the most beautiful cities, and exceptional experience/immersion which makes it different from all other hotels. You can "dose" it how you like: if you want to use this only as a charming boutique hotel, you can, as the location is incredible, service is excellent (shuttle service to parking lot, adorable staff, delicious breakfast and aperitif, great room, incredible cave thermal pool). If however you want to experience something different and take advantage of the immersive experience (and you are never pushed to do so), it's very well done and gives you a really different "stay" that you will remember.

Nothing - the only suggestion we would make is to have a leaflet, or a way to communicate additional information about the time period and discover all the "efforts" the staff has made to stay true to the period (for example, the mosaic in the pool and at the reception is mirroring the one of an archaeological site, or the link to the Eleusynian mysteries during the water ritual, which we only found out because we asked - when it is amazing enough to be pointed out!).
