Close to the main part of Edinburgh. Close to everything. Had everything we needed for 2 nights

It is 3 flights of stairs up so carrying suitcases upstairs was tricky

A fantastic hidden Treasure. Can't say anything bad about the appartment..warm, comfortable, and everything we needed for our stay.. And also located in the centre of Rose Street Close to everything. Absolutely fantastic.

The stairs to the appartment were a wee bit tough for us being that bit older, but we knew about them when we booked. And it was worth putting up with the stairs for the location of the appartment

Location and great communication had everything needed.

Some info needs updating eg internet info provided by email fine, but incorrect info still on stckers in the apartment. Can lead to confusion especially if poor reception

Lovely central location, easy to get to with great directions from staff. Clean and comfortable large beds comfortably housed 4 girls for 4 nights no issues! Great facilities also for self catering.

Nothing to note! Was exceptional

The location is amazing right next to princess street, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals and rest after a day of walking around the city. Before arrival you get sent a link with video instructions on how to enter the apartment and set up the heating which i recommend watching so you find the keys and door easily

My GF and inlaws didn't like the distribution of the apartament they got lost a couple of times trying to find the room they needed. Also i get that this is an old building so there is not much to do about that but the floors are unbalanced so be aware of that specialy with the elderly.

Great location 10-15 minutes walk from station. 2 good size bedrooms and lovely decor. Good size wine glasses (essential 😁) Excellent communication from hosts. Lots of shops nearby for essentials.

Easy to get around the city from apartment.

Entrance stairs very dark and drab

Liked that the larger bedroom was so well-appointed. We were able to figure out the shower (don’t set it to the hottest setting, or it will start scalding hot but run cold quite soon, but at a colder setting it stays nice and warm for the whole shower). It was helpful that a hairdryer and clothes washing machine and drying rack were provided as well as shampoo and shower gel. We liked that a French press was provided for making coffee, as well as pots and pans, and 4 coffee mugs. On a street with fun businesses, but the bedrooms were still quiet. Great location for having no car and seeing all the fun things in Edinburgh on foot!

One bedroom is too small for nightstands to be next to the bed, but both beds were comfortable. Only one set of keys, so we had to use the lockbox if both couples weren’t arriving and leaving together each day. A minimal amount of toilet tissue was provided, so staying any longer, you’d need to run to the shop. Only one ice cube tray, so adding another couple of those would be helpful for cold drinks. Also keep in mind that parking is not provided and your paid parking might be over a half mile from the flat.
