This place is pure magic. Tucked away in the wild beauty of Sumbawa, it feels like you’ve stumbled upon a hidden paradise. The décor is just right—simple, stylish, and perfectly in tune with the nature all around. Waking up to the sound of the ocean, with the waves breaking right in front, is something special. The surf? Unreal. Whether you're just starting out or chasing the next big set, there's a break here with your name on it. And I can’t forget to mention Julien and the whole staff—they make you feel at home from the moment you arrive, always smiling, always ready to help. The location provides a nice view of the beach which is a distance away and the surrounding hills.

Food was substandard. Since the walls are not solid and partially open to the outdoors, there is no sound proofing (dogs barking at 3am and motor bikes) or insect barrier.

Beautiful timber structures. Naturally ventilated. No need for AC. Wonderful view. Very Comfortable Room and Bed

If you just want coffee beer French fries fruit the kitchen is ok. But the cooked meal I had was a reheated ready meal and didn’t agree with me at all. I didn’t eat in the restaurant again. There are other options in the area. Also the dogs were really noisy at night and disturbed my sleep.

Fantastic place to stay in an absolutely amazing area of Sumbawa. The surf was great for my husband and son, the food was amazing, service amazing, conversations fantastic and you can see the owner has put so many dreams , thoughtfulness and effort into this place that it just sparkles. The sheets and towels were so lovely, the bed comfy and it was sparkling clean. There is a beautiful village about ten minutes ride away, the owner can organise surf boards and bikes. There is the most gorgeous white sand beach just down the hill - rarely saw a soul on it, clearest water - heaven. The food at the restaurant is the best in the area with a small but really well considered fresh menu, and the price fantastic. We had one room with our kids and it worked really well. This place is so special we kept on extending, I would go back in a heart beat, and if you have seen this listing, and its available - you know you have found the best place, so definitely stop looking and book. We Loved it!

Normally couldn’t be bothered writing a review but Julian and his team here have an epic spot. Check the surf from the balcony, great showers, very tasty food and everyone has a smile on their face. Staff are incredibly friendly Loved our time here
